This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how we collect, use, store, process, and share your information in relation to your use of www.kingfisher-mx.com (the “Site”) and any other related services accessed or obtained via the Site (collectively, the “ Services”).

Kingfisher servers are currently located in New Zealand and its operations are located primarily in Singapore and our policies and procedures are based primarily on applicable local law. You consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of your information (including personal information) to and in other countries outside the country in which you reside; and you agree to comply with all local laws, rules, and regulations including all laws, rules, and regulations in effect in the country in which you reside and the country from which you access the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is specifically excluded from application to the Terms.

We cannot respond to your request if we are unable to verify your identity or authority.
