Telco executive, Kevin Teoh, looks beyond Australia to bring global customers a better mobile experience with Kingfisher

Kevin Teoh recently joined Kingfisher as its new Chief Strategy Officer. Kevin’s career is distinguished by his perseverance in improving the customer experience. As the Head of Mobile Products, Head of Consumer, and Head of Enterprise Sales and Channel Partners, Kevin spent 15 years shaping the consumer and business divisions at Telstra.

His accomplishments include launching Australia’s first 5G smartphone through an exclusive partnership with Samsung, coordinating with government and enterprise customers to deliver critical services in response to Covid-19 and numerous natural disasters, and designing and launching the world’s first any time, any reason device swap solution, Upgrade & Protect, powered by Kingfisher. Kevin sees customer experience as the competitive edge that will distinguish market leading telcos from the pack.

With the broader Kingfisher team, Kevin will improve mobile experiences for carriers and customers across the globe.
